Dried apricots (or other fruit of your choice)
Walnut halves (or other nut of your choice)
Dark chocolate, melted
- Carefully peel open the dried apricot along the same lines that the seed was removed.
- Stuff the center with 1-2 walnut halves.
- Using a knife, paint the top with dark chocolate.
- Allow to rest in refrigerator for 5 minutes to harden the chocolate.
